After 17 years, Steph’s Pizza in University Place has closed its doors. In its place, Pizza Pizazz, a well-established pizzeria with locations in Lakewood and Federal Way, has taken over. Steph’s Pizza bid farewell from 5510 Orchard St. W. on Sept. 25, marking the end of an era. Pizza Pizazz made its debut in University Place on Oct. 2, introducing its beloved pizza rolls to the community. Owner Bernard Dolan, keen on expanding, chose University Place for its new location, aiming to continue the pizza legacy.Pizza Pizazz’s menu mirrors the offerings at their Lakewood shop, known for their diverse range of house pizzas. Among their offerings, pizza rolls steal the show, available in various cheesy fillings and served with ranch or marinara.
