ate brings over two decades of marketing expertise, with a track record of collaborating with technology leaders like Microsoft, Meta, and Google.  As a licensed broker and Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist, her deep industry insights sets her apart.  A real estate and design enthusiast, Kate grew up in Browns Point, Washington, and graduated from Tacoma's historic Stadium High. She has a degree in Art History and studied at UC Santa Cruz and the University of Washington. She has lived in Italy, New York City, Los Angeles, and Silicon Valley.  Kate's experiences in these diverse locations shaped her understanding of architectural styles and living spaces, blending art and functionality in her approach to homes and real estate.  Kate is organized, analytical and her client’s strongest advocate. She prioritizes excellent negotiation skills, communication, and incomparable service for clients, while enjoying her free time with outdoor activities and renovating homes in the Pacific Northwest and Joshua Tree, California, with her husband, CJ.
